These terms apply to every booking made with The Village Beauty by Malvina ("we", "our", "the clinic"), whether through our website, Booksy, phone, or in person. By booking a treatment you agree to these terms.
All bookings are made through our Booksy page or directly with us. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from Booksy. Booksy's own terms also apply to the booking transaction.
Some treatments require a deposit at the time of booking, which is deducted from the final treatment price. The remaining balance is paid in clinic on the day. We accept card and cash. Deposits are non-refundable in the case of late cancellation or no-show (see section 4).
Prices on our website and Booksy are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking is the price you pay, unless your treatment plan changes during consultation — in which case any change will be agreed with you in advance.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your treatment time may be shortened or rescheduled to protect the appointments after yours. The full treatment fee may still apply.
Many treatments require a consultation and a signed consent form before they can be carried out. This is for your safety. If we identify a contraindication during consultation, we may decline to perform a treatment and will recommend an alternative or refund any deposit.
Please tell us about any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or pregnancy before booking. Some treatments are not suitable in certain circumstances. We rely on the information you provide; we cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed conditions.
Skincare and aesthetic results vary from person to person. We will always be honest about what each treatment can and cannot achieve. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Treatments delivered as agreed are non-refundable. Where a course of treatments has been pre-paid and you wish to stop part-way, the unused balance may be refunded at our discretion, less any single-session pricing already used.
For safety and to maintain a calm environment, we ask that you do not bring children to your appointment unless previously agreed. There is limited seating in the clinic.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving aggressively or inappropriately towards our staff or other clients.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, our liability for any other loss is limited to the price paid for the treatment in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
