Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of personal data we hold about you, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. This page explains how to make that request and what to expect.

1. What can be deleted

On request, we will delete personal data including:

1. Your name, contact details and account information
2. Messages exchanged via our website, Facebook Page or Instagram account
3. Marketing preferences and email subscription data
4. Information collected through our connected Meta business app (App ID: 1442223080550036)
5. Website analytics linked to your identity, where technically possible

2. What we may have to keep

By law we are required to keep certain information for a defined period, even after a deletion request:

1. Clinical treatment records — 7 years (insurance and clinical record-keeping)
2. Accounting and tax records — 6 years (HMRC requirements)
3. Any data needed to defend a legal claim or comply with a court order

Where we retain such data, it is kept securely and used only for the legal purpose for which it is held.

3. How to request deletion

Send a written request to the email address below. Please include:

1. Your full name
2. The email address, phone number or social media handle you used to contact us
3. A short description of what you would like deleted (everything, only marketing data, only social media messages, etc.)

To protect your privacy, we may ask you to confirm your identity before processing the request.

If you interacted with us via Facebook or Instagram and want to remove data Meta itself holds on you, you can also use Meta's own tools:

For data we hold separately (for example, in our booking system or email lists), please email us directly using the form above.

6. Your other rights

Apart from deletion, you also have the right to access, correct, restrict, port or object to the processing of your data. To exercise any of these rights, please see our Privacy Policy.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your request, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
